Developing our vision for independent living

Our vision is to provide a ‘home from home’ environment, with specially trained staff offering support around the clock and individual care and wellbeing packages that enable residents to live life to their full potential.

We are talking to people around the world who are pioneering new ways of meeting the needs of younger people with dementia. We also work with charities and other experts in our own country to build the knowledge base and share our learning.

We are committed to consulting with people with young dementia and their care-givers about the planned home and the kind of support and services they would like. This will carry on once people move into our home to ensure that the care they receive continues to be relevant to residents’ needs.
